It’s been crazily busy lately with lots of projects on the go, hence the distinct lack of blog posts!

Just a quick one today to show you the mood boards from some of these recent projects.

A mood board is an important step in defining the look and feel of a space, capturing the essence of the proposed design without being too literal. The mood board helps articulate, via a selection of carefully chosen images, whether the space will feel formal or casual, warm or cool, modern or more traditional.

The first mood board is for a home office, inspired by the ever stylish black and white of Chanel. It’s clean, crisp and very fashion conscious.Home office mood board

The second is for a living/dining room with a warm, luxurious aesthetic. It’s a modern take on European style.

The third and fourth are two concepts for the same space, a living/dining area and master bedroom. The first focuses on natural textures – the warmth of leather, timber and stone.

The second mood board was inspired by the Florence Broadhurst “Arabian Birds” fabric and includes a palette of blues paired with timber for a modern, contemporary feel.
